At Derby, we think of ourselves as a custom injection molder. It is that mindset that has made us what we are today. We can make the runs of less than 100 pieces as easily as the runs into the millions. If your completed part has multiple pieces varying in size, no problem! We have 14 injection molding machines ranging from 50 tons to 1000 tons along with parts conveyors, robots, dryers, energy efficient chillers, state-of-the-art blenders and automated material handling systems working 24/5 to service your needs.

Our production capabilities also include a proprietary line of two and five gallon pails and lids, all which meet the national motor freight requirements. They are made for food and non-food grade applications and can also meet Kosher requirements. With a large selection, in a multitude of colors, we have what you need when you need it. If you have labels, we can apply those as well. Our five gallon pail lids are manufactured solid or with various pour spouts. All lids have the “zip strip” for easy opening.
